Deliveries are made only within Switzerland and countries of the European Union (EU), EEA.
As a general rule, deliveries are made within six (6) working days, unless there is an event outside of our control. If we do not have an item in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible when delivery is expected.
Deliveries within Switzerland are shipped by Swiss Post (Switzerland). All deliveries to EU/ EEA are shipped from within the EU with GO! during normal working hours.
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
For payment of goods we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You will receive an invoice upon completing your payment.
When placing an order using a credit card, two transactions will be posted to your account.
If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will be removed by the issuing bank. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank’s customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds.
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:
